Bruce and Barry presented three excellent programs at the 2003 NAPS Annual Conference held in San Diego on February 5-8, 2003; “Building a Great Organization”, “Beyond Survival: What’s Next? Making the Transition From Producer” and ”Optimizing Your Potential for Success”

Bruce and Barry’s programs were intensive Owner focused presentations. The sessions were very well attended and they received very positive comments from the evaluations at this year’s conference.

Bruce and Barry have a very good ability to connect with their audience. They each have extensive backgrounds in management consulting and run a very successful Executive Search operation. They share in the daily struggles and victories, of this industry as do their audience. The concepts they presented are concepts that have been developed and refined to great success within their organization. In addition, they are very passionate and enthusiastic about our industry. This emanates quite positively with the audience and makes for a very interactive discussion with their audience.

Additionally, Bruce and Barry are a pleasure to work with. As the Conference Chair for this year’s program, I was involved extensively with all the speakers. Because of the economic conditions, the Association was forces to make several major scheduling changes in our program. Both Bruce and Barry could not have been more flexible and accommodating during our planning process. Their handout materials were well organized, prepared with excellent details, and presented with a very professional image.
