To Whom It May Concern:

            Difficult and disappointing is the only way to describe an executive search experience I encountered at the company where I was formerly employed.  Our efforts were expensive and unfruitful until one of my key managers introduced Bruce Clinton at ASearch.

Mr. Clinton shared a process that would allow identification of hard and soft skill requirements needed for the position and an objective means to quantify these skills in candidates.  Based on Mr. Clinton’s advice, our first step was to select a team who would define the key requirements of the position.  Mr. Clinton facilitated this process which allowed us not only to define the position but clarify the behavioral traits a successful candidate would need to fit our culture and carry out the required responsibilities.  This process allowed us to consider many organizational issues and prompted meaningful dialogue that was an extra benefit to this process.  The end result was a clearer understanding of job requirements and the type of person needed to fulfill every aspect of the position.

During the screening process, Mr. Clinton worked effectively with our HR professional submitting only qualified people and giving us patterned interview questions to help identify needed personal characteristics. 

Several top candidates were chosen and interviewed based on the assessment guidelines recommended by Mr. Clinton.   Ultimately, a new executive was chosen.      He exceeded our expectations and became a real asset to our senior executive team.

I recommend Bruce Clinton to any company desiring to bring in a critical member to their group.  ASearch provides value that goes beyond the traditional search experience.  As president and CEO of my present company, I would not hesitate to use ASearch for my next executive search.
